How To Use Balloon Glue Dots First assemble your balloon garland using your choice of balloons and our balloon garland tape, then fill in the gaps by sticking extra balloons to your garland using glue dots. We recommend using 30cm balloons for the bulk of the balloon garland and use glue dots to adhere 12cm balloons to the garland.
